The Seller is in the middle of getting the lot split as it is currently 5 acres. The soil tests have already been done on both lots, allowing leach bed septic systems. Surveys have been updated and are an attachment, along with the soil tests for both lots. Seller is a builder who can build a home on this lot for you to meet your specifications, or your builder can purchase these lots and build for you - either way works. A shared-driveway agreement would need to be executed between the owners of Lot 1 and Lot 2 at some time prior to closing. A draft of that document has not yet been prepared so the parties can make it what they want it to be.
